Shipping Time

 

 

All orders will take 2-3 days for processing, and 5-10 days for shipping via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when it has shipped. However, during sales/promotions/holidays, processing and shipping time may take a little longer. 

 

 

Order Delay Disclaimer

 

 

Zenwick Co. is not responsible for delays in shipment caused by holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or mail-carriers.

 

 

Returns

 

 

We accept returns that are requested 15 days of when your order was delivered, as long as you ship the products back to us in the condition it arrived.  Please email 'return@zenwickco.com' to initiate the return process. 

 

 

Damaged Items

 

 

We offer full refunds for faulty/damaged products that are requested within 15 days of when the order was delivered to you. Please email 'refund@zenwickco.com' to initiate the refund process, and included photos of the damage. 

Sales Items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
