Wonderful way to cleanse a new or existing space!
Removing bacteria from the air, improve intuition and mood, reduces stress and anxiety.
How to use:
- Center yourself with meditation or prayer.
- Open windows and doors.
- Light your sage stick (it's recommended to hold the stick at a downward angle when lighting), and then allow it to burn for approximately 30 seconds.
- Gently blow it out.
- Waft the smoke (with a feather if you choose) into areas that need cleansing.
- When you’re finished, extinguish the sage stick by snuffing it out inside a fireproof container.
- Store your sage stick in a dry, dark place when not in use. Keep out of reach of children, animals, and flammable material.
